Anxiety and Dry Mouth

When you wake up with a dry mouth, don’t panic.There is nothing wrong with you. I know that sometimes anxiety might mount up. Sit up in your bed, take a deep breath, inspiring by your nose and then let the breath go, expiring through your mouth. You will feel that your mouth is no longer completely dry. Dryness can be caused by the intake of drugs in the evening, by dry air in your bedroom or by your tension. In most cases there is no physical cause.You may then drink a glass of LUKEWARM water. Don’t drink cold water as your stomach would suffer a shock.In the morning, it is important to let the body wake up softly. No shocks means less anxiety. Have a wonderful day and enjoy it.
