Have your ever moved from one home to another ?

If yes, you know what that means: letting go of old stuff, even if you dislike the action of letting go. Letting go possibly of old habits not only old clothes and old stuff. The two actions can go together and they can be very creative . It is very healthy letting go not only of what you used to wear but also of what you used to do in your old flat. There are so many implications. I think most of them help you grow as a human being. It helps you to get rid of clutter, all things that have accumulated in the course of many years. If you are a “keeper” and collect whatever comes your way, moving can help you heal from this state of mind and open it upp for new views and habits. The keeper often is anxious: what would happen if I lost these things I so dearly love? It’s mostly not love that keeps you “keeping”. It’s either fear or possessivity. Both are not noble characteristics or simpler, habits. I invite you, even if you are not moving to another place, to give away your old clothes, your old shoes or other clothes. They might be right for other people, keep them warm or at least give them something they can own. In every country of this world you find organizations that collect worn clothing to give it to immigrants or other people who have lost everything. There are millions of them. How do you feel? – Be grateful!

If you listen to the news or watch television, you might get fearful. Every day there are disasters, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes and very often they happen in the same areas. I know, you will say that we can’t do anything about it. This is true up to a certain point. We well can do a lot. First, we can help economically, we can volunteer and help on the spot, at least those people who live in the neighborhood of the disaster areas. But who lives far away can do much on a higher level. Our help can be just to send loving thoughts to all the victims, to all the survivors who suffered the shock, to all the helping people. We can send love and light to the areas themselves and to everybody involved. Not long ago hurricane Irma was on its way to Cuba, to Countries in the Caribbean Sea and  finally to Florida and Carolina. There were many groujps around the world who sent love and light to weaken the and destroying power of Irma. I attended one meditation group  just before Irma would hit Florida. You may have seen that the strength of Irma diminished from its hioghest level  to two classes lower and I am convinced that this happpened thanks to the meditations and prayers sent from thousands and thousands of people from around the world. There was destruction of many places, but certainly there would have been more destruction if nobody had meditated or simply sent light and love to the pertaining areas. Finally!

first of all an apology: I am so sorry that I have  not been able to connect with your for such a long time. In fact, I had to move my office space and obviously also the computer. This took a far too long time for various reasons I am not going to explain. I can only say that it was difficult to stay on top of the whole move and being cut out and unable to get in touch with others. Now, everything is fixed and I am back. I do hope that you had a good time without being ridden by anxiety. I know from myself that Autumn can be difficult to navigate through due to anxiety. But it does not have to be this way. You know by now that there are a lot of little tricks  that help to move out of anxiety within a short time. But they only help if you  apply them!  Do you remember the deep breathing? Three deep breaths that free you almost immediately from the grip of anxiety. Just watch how your breath moves your belly and feel how liberating this is. If this is not enough, you may also do this: start on your left hand and with the nail of your thumb you touch beneath the nail of your middle finger and say “I am love”. Actually, you tap  this spot three times when saying “I”, tap  “am”, tap  “love”, tap. You then repeat this procedure on your index finger, on your ring finger, then you use your index finger to do the same on your thumb...

Do You Suffer from Physical Pain?

Many diseases come along with numbing pain. Some times with pain that you can hardly stand. What can you do about it? Just suffer? Or take painkillers? Most people are not aware of the fact that the body itself releases a painkiller. They do not know that they can help the body to release more of it. It is possible to help your body do just this. How, you will ask? These methods are not known by many. You can learn them quickly.For pain in general, you just repeat “my brain is releasing DHEA throughout my body and every cell is remembering its wholeness”. Then you thank yourbrain that it does just this. Repeat this sentence as many times as you want until you feel that the pain is less or has even disappeared. Another powerful sentence is “my brain is releasing endorphins throughout my body and every cell is remembering its wholeness”. It is exactly what your brain is releasing. Endorphins are the natural painkillers. Again, thank your brain for releasing endorphins. In order to support your repetition of the sentences, you can also touch and massage certain spots on your body. Some of these spots are acupuncture points. If you suffer from bad headaches or even migraines, touch the points in front of your ears. You find them in the little hole between the bones. You do not have to massage them. How Low Self-Esteem can be Deadly

Too many suicides are consumed in the world. Behind many of them there is a very low self-esteem. I am not talking about the kamikaze that kill themselves for fanaticism.  Low self-esteem in people who tend to depression or to throw away their own life is a wide-spread disease. Strangely enough, nobody addresses low self-esteem when talking about these many people who commit suicide.  If in general, people were more aware of the sufferance of others maybe low self-esteem were less deadly.It is the indifference with which whole communities treat their members that kills many people. If you listen to the talks among people who know each other for many reasons, be it work, be it because they are neighbors, you may be astonished how flaw these talks are. They remain on the surface. How is the inside, the mental aspect of a person, does he or she have   fears, anxieties, doubts or panic or depression? Who is interested in these aspects of a person? Most of your neighbors are not. They have their own problems and do not want to know those of others. A person who suffers from low self-esteem remains isolated in his/her mental torture. If there is no help they can get from people around them, who live or work with them, their self-esteem will get lower and lower. “Nobody wants me”: this thought will continue to appear in their life, in their, maybe, sleepless nights.
