The question could also read:where do I start? I know, sometimes it seems impossible to get anywhere, even if you are determined to get rid of your anxiety. Maybe you have tried to do it many times without getting any real results. Then you felt lost and gave up. Most traditional ways to get out of these feelings don’t offer real help.
