What do You Feel: Is Your Anxiety more Present in Times of Covid19 ?

The media are really increasing  fear and anxiety in vast populations and actually they do no good to anybody. Covid19 can just stand for all akward situations in the present world.. But why do most people buy into the stories that the media are presenting and which are not always true? We should not listen to all the negativity  presented all over on TV, on newspapers, on the social media, I would say practically everywhere. Negativity only increases the possibility of getting an illness, be it Covid19 or any other illness because illnesses are as negative as what we are hearing and reading all day long. The best way to come out of this situation is to no longer watch television, to not read newspapers or news on the internet, to not chat on social media and to talk to positive people. It’s better to read a good and fun book, to go for a walk, to watch a fun movie, to  do healthy activities and to eat healthy food. Sleep as many hours as possible. This helps boost your immune system. Eat plenty of fruit and organic cereals. As supplements I recommend to add vitamin D3 and vitamin C, of this latter take 1 to 2 grams per day. It not only helps your immune system  stay strong but it also helps to fight Covid19. Have your ever moved from one home to another ?

If yes, you know what that means: letting go of old stuff, even if you dislike the action of letting go. Letting go possibly of old habits not only old clothes and old stuff. The two actions can go together and they can be very creative . It is very healthy letting go not only of what you used to wear but also of what you used to do in your old flat. There are so many implications. I think most of them help you grow as a human being. It helps you to get rid of clutter, all things that have accumulated in the course of many years. If you are a “keeper” and collect whatever comes your way, moving can help you heal from this state of mind and open it upp for new views and habits. The keeper often is anxious: what would happen if I lost these things I so dearly love? It’s mostly not love that keeps you “keeping”. It’s either fear or possessivity. Both are not noble characteristics or simpler, habits. I invite you, even if you are not moving to another place, to give away your old clothes, your old shoes or other clothes. They might be right for other people, keep them warm or at least give them something they can own. In every country of this world you find organizations that collect worn clothing to give it to immigrants or other people who have lost everything. There are millions of them. I sometimes prefer to publish the invitations from Learning Strategies and THE SHIFT NETWORK . They are all free of charge and the teachers want to help people.. And that is exactly what I want to do. My aim is really to help you overcome your state of mind when it’s full of negativity, of anxiety and of panic-attacks. Most of the speakers, if they don’t directly address these states, they all want you to stay better and to grow spiritually. That’s exactly my aim. You know that I have written books that help you overcome your anxiety and panic attacks. That help you get rid of overeating or of eating the wrong stuff. We are all on the earth to help each other. Everybody has got a gift that he/she can share with others to help them live better. Better living can have many meanings. One, however, is the highest sense: share, give and receive love. This means that we all can live in peace and transmit that peace to all around us. This is pure love we spread that helps our ennvironment to be livable, lovable for all. It’s so much needed. Only in this way can we transform the other person’s mind, those who shoot and kill so often and for no reason. Religion is not a reason for killing. It is a reasson for loving, for being kind, for supporting each other. And there is no space for annoyance. Life is too beautiful. How do you feel? – Be grateful!

If you listen to the news or watch television, you might get fearful. Every day there are disasters, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes and very often they happen in the same areas. I know, you will say that we can’t do anything about it. This is true up to a certain point. We well can do a lot. First, we can help economically, we can volunteer and help on the spot, at least those people who live in the neighborhood of the disaster areas. But who lives far away can do much on a higher level. Our help can be just to send loving thoughts to all the victims, to all the survivors who suffered the shock, to all the helping people. We can send love and light to the areas themselves and to everybody involved. Not long ago hurricane Irma was on its way to Cuba, to Countries in the Caribbean Sea and  finally to Florida and Carolina. There were many groujps around the world who sent love and light to weaken the and destroying power of Irma. I attended one meditation group  just before Irma would hit Florida. You may have seen that the strength of Irma diminished from its hioghest level  to two classes lower and I am convinced that this happpened thanks to the meditations and prayers sent from thousands and thousands of people from around the world. There was destruction of many places, but certainly there would have been more destruction if nobody had meditated or simply sent light and love to the pertaining areas.
