Except for the fact that they are mere excuses. Why? Do you believe all what you were told as a kid? Do you believe that a flu belongs to the winter season? Our daily life is based on these beliefs and excuses, whether we admit it  or not. Most of them are not  conscious., but we can bring them into our consciousness. I am going to show you why and then you can understand why it gets just the title of a noble plant. First of all, it is the number one vegetable  crop in the world. It is known almost everywhere and eaten in various styles. This plant belongs to a group called nightshade plants. This group includes tomatoes, eggplants, peppers and tomatillos. They are the swollen part of the underground stem . This is called a tuber. It is designed to provide food for the green leafy portion of the plant.  If this plant is allowed to flower and the flower becomes a fruit,  this fruit that cannot be eaten and it resembles a tomato. The potato brings numerous health benefits  Unfortunately, most people eat potatoes as French fries or potato chips, both full of  fat.
