Have your ever moved from one home to another ?

If yes, you know what that means: letting go of old stuff, even if you dislike the action of letting go. Letting go possibly of old habits not only old clothes and old stuff. The two actions can go together and they can be very creative . It is very healthy letting go not only of what you used to wear but also of what you used to do in your old flat. There are so many implications. I think most of them help you grow as a human being. It helps you to get rid of clutter, all things that have accumulated in the course of many years. If you are a “keeper” and collect whatever comes your way, moving can help you heal from this state of mind and open it upp for new views and habits. The keeper often is anxious: what would happen if I lost these things I so dearly love? It’s mostly not love that keeps you “keeping”. It’s either fear or possessivity. Both are not noble characteristics or simpler, habits. I invite you, even if you are not moving to another place, to give away your old clothes, your old shoes or other clothes. They might be right for other people, keep them warm or at least give them something they can own. In every country of this world you find organizations that collect worn clothing to give it to immigrants or other people who have lost everything. There are millions of them. And we, certainly all of you, can do without the unnecessary. Think of it for a moment. The Western...

Vibes -The Energy of Our Voice

I must say this idea I read about the other day, that is the vibes of the vowels, quite intrigued me. I was quite aware of the energy of the words but had never properly thought about the vowels. Except for one thing: I use the vowels of our alphabet like a mantra. I sing them under the shower or while I am warming me up in the cozy robe I use to dry my body after the shower. You can sing them with every melody that comes to your mind, better if it’s a children’s melody, one of those little chants you used to sing while you were a small kid. You will feel the warmth of those vowels that transmit a strong energy. What I am trying to tell you here is that we are all connected thanks to our vibes. And this is also the way we can understand each other even if we live in different countries, have completely different cultures or languages. The vicbes are part of the universal network that keeps our universe together. This is why we should be very careful in our way of speaking. Vibes can bring joy but they can also hurt or cut. That is why you use them wisely. Your words should be chosen in a way that they never hurt but always bring joy or help or nurture the person you speak to. You may speak to a person with another language but he or she will understand you whether you are angry or happy whether you are aggressive or soft. They may not understand the...

Has Flu knocked at your door?

Everybody is speaking about flu and its importance in this season. It’s true, flu comes mostly in the winter, but does it really have to come? Don’t we have the means to stay flu-free? Of course we do but most people do not know them. We don’t have to take pain killers or any other pill against high temperature. No. Our bodies know better if we let them act. There are also plants that can help our immune system to be ready to protect you from flu. Like ginger. You may eat the ginger root in small pieces. Put them on a slice of bread and eat one slice with ginger every day. Ginger is like an antibiotic and anti-viral and anti-bacteria all at the same time. It’s possible that you don’t like the flavor but that should not keep you from eating it as it is much safer than any pill. You can also help your body stay healthy and safe simply by saying thank you to the Universe. It has granted you your body so that you can make experiences on this planet and grow as a human being, becoming wiser and more mature, understanding life better.. Being thankful is one of the greatest means to a happy and fulfilling life. If you practice thankfulness every day, no flu can knock you down. Nor can other illnesses. Try it. You might be very surprised by its effects on...

WHAT IS YOUR AIM IN lIFE?

Have you ever thought about your life’s aim? We certainly don’t just come to this planet without a task. What would it be like to just come, eat, sleep, wake and do nothing else? It would just be an empty life. We all have a task, that is for sure. We often are not aware of what this might be. However, as we are all the same, except for language, color of skin, continent we live in, or even country, the human beings are made of the same things. What is that “thing”? Is it matter, is it material or non material? Maybe it is just energy in different forms .Our human task? To love each other. To help each other. Apparently many people have forgotten why they decided to come to Earch, otherwise there would not be so much suffering, pain and unhappiness around. You can find these negative emotions in almost all countries around the globe but in certain areas people know why they came to this planet. They are eager to help wherever it is needed. They seem to love even the “bad” people. I would call these helpers almost saints. They have understood what we are all here for. We can do a lot to not only imitate them but just live as they do.. We can avoid bad language and use only good words.By doing so we better the atmosphere, the environment and ourselves together with our families and the planet. Think about it. Actually, do a meditation about these facts and you will feel that you are part of a loving universe. With...
