If you walk through the streets of a town or ride on a bus, you mostly see dark faces. People who are worried, who do not smile. Most of them are taken by their problems or are reading a newspaper. I don’t know which is better. Problems all over. And no relaxation.

Smile and look around. Others will smile back. If you are able to make the other people smile, the tensions in the air diminish significantly. Isn’t this a fantastic way to feel well and to make feel well or better other people? It is a contribution to a better environment. This, on its turn, has a strong effect on a lot of things that happen every day.
It is as if you contributed to lower air pollution. Your energy level becomes different. You swing on a higher level and thus help others do the same. It doesn’t cost you anything.
