Ever Wondered Why It’s so Difficult to Do Something So Good for You?

I’ve got something important to share with you that is critically important to your health, your personal growth, the quality of your entire life even.

And you probably already know about it.  You know you should be doing it every day.  You have probably even tried to do it, and maybe you were successful for a while but then…
…then, you just stopped
Have you guessed what the something is?  The something that has the power to positively affect not just one, but virtually every aspect of your life, is meditation.
Like many of us,  you know you want to meditate regularly or you want meditation’s benefits, yet you struggle to establish and maintain a practice.

If this sounds like you – I have great news!  I’m thrilled to be able to invite you to a special free teleseminar from The Shift Network featuring integrative medicine pioneer, Dr. Elliott Dacher.

If you are not familiar with Elliot Dacher, from 1975 – 1996 he was what could be thought of as a “conventional” M.D.  Although by 1984, he was already bringing what would be known later as “integrative” therapies into his medical practice.

Then in 1996, Dr. Dacher left his conventional practice behind to begin an in-depth study of the principles and practices of consciousness and health, which he pursued amongst the wisdom traditions of Asia.
Dr. Dacher’s teleseminar titled: Meditation for Integral Health: The Five Foundations of a Spiritual Practice that Transforms, happens Wednesday, August 21st at 5:30pm Pacific time.  It will be recorded so if you cannot make that time, register anyway, and you’ll be provided access to the recorded replay.
During the presentation, you will discover tools and techniques to:

·       Integrate mindfulness and meditation into your daily life

·       Help you access greater love and compassion

·       Calm your mind and dramatically reduce your stress

·       Rest in the stillness and peace of the non-distracted mind

·       Access “higher” non-dual states of consciousness

I am very much looking forward to learning Dr. Dacher’s four foundations for developing an integral meditation practice that works for body, mind, heart and soul, and I hope you’ll be there too!
