Not suffering any more from anxiety attacks?Do you think this could be possible? And how? Would it not be fantastic just not to think any more about those attacks? Just to know that you can forget them! As if they had never caused you pain.

There are many ways to reduce anxiety attacks. There are also ways to prevent them. You have probably neverheard say that. Do you always suffer in silence? Does nobody know about your anxiety attacks? Or, if they know, do they laugh at you?

People who have never suffered any anxiety attack cannot understand you. This is a fact. And it is not their fault. People who have never felt what you are feeling when the anxiety mounts, do not know what it is like.

You CAN prevent anxiety attacks. It is a question of self-education. It is a question of getting positive in all your thoughts. In fact, anxiety is negative. It is negative energy.

Energy as such has no value unless you attribute one to it.An anxiety attack is energy in the wrong place. It is also a blockage somewhere in your systems.

It is not necessary that you know where your anxiety sits

Together with an EFT-expert you can solve the blockages and get rid of your anxiet y.Once you are familiar with this method, you can work on your own. Most forms of anxiety are complex in their composition. It is not just one thing that causes anxiety. Underlying anxiety is very often a low self-esteem. You can work on this fact; by improving your self-esteem you may prevent other anxiety attacks. When you feel more secure about yourself, you also feel more secure about the surrounding world. The surrounding world are not only people, but also places. The world as such is not a dangerous place. If your self-esteem is better, you also feel less the sense of being a “victim”.You are yourself andyou can “defend” yourself. You become stronger and therefore will get less anxiety.

It certainly is worth every moment to work on your self-esteem. It will be a great help in your prevention of anxiety attacks.

Clear vision is something that you can acquire and that helps you to get done whatever you want to do. It also helps you to set goals and to pursue them. You cannot purchase clear vision but you can work on yourself to get to clear vision.

If you want to get over and out of anxiety, you certainly need this tool. You can start to use it in a simple way. Write down everything that comes to your mind and that is related to your anxiety. This means in particular things like food, or people, places, situations that cause you anxiety.

Then write down whatever comes to your mind what it is that causes you the anxiety. What is in the “thing”,in the “food”, in the “place”, in the “people”, the “situations” that causes you anxiety. Are there certain noises? Is it too loud? Is it too hot, too cool, is the air too sticky? and so on.

Once you are done with this research, you can try to understand why these aspects create anxiety. For example: can you stand loud noise in company of other people? Does it bother you when you are alone? Is is worse when you are in a big town? when you are in a closed environment, like public transportation means where you cannot escape.

All these questions can also be the solutions. You can find out what causes the most and what the least anxiety. Having found out what causes the most anxiety, is a big step toward a clear vision. It is also a big step toward overcoming anxiety.

You can now clearly see what triggers your anxiety. As you cannot wrap up in cotton wool to protect yourself against what causes anxiety, the best is to face it. How? Learn about the hows and download quickly my ebook at www.kissanxietygoodbye.com

Procrastination and anxiety often are linked. You can interrupt this link by developing a habit to do what you have to do and not to postpone it. The results will surprise you.

Yes, many of you will confirm that this is a problem. Anxiety sufferers often put off what they should do. It is also understandable because anxiety and procrastination are very often related. The common denominator is low self esteem. Does this ring a bell? Why otherwise would you be afraid of carrying out your tasks? Always thinking that others might find you made a mistake? So what! Everybody makes mistakes. And who does not, usually doesn’t do anything at all. Mistakes are human. It is better do DO than not to DO. Better make a mistake than not do anything.

If you develop a habit to carry out whatever your task is and not to postpone it, you will be satisfied. Satisfaction is an excellent motivator. The more you do your tasks in time, the better for your self esteem. And if your self esteem gets better, your anxiety might get less. It does not disappear overnight but if you put some effort in your habit, you will be surprised by the positive effect it has. Give it a try, it certainly is worth it.

It is important to love ourselves because that helps us combat anxiety and fear. If we are settled in ourseles, these negative feelings are much less present.

Anxiety and fear are two emotions we all know. Most of us do in any case. Even if we do not suffer from anxiety or fear. These feelings can creep up inside us once in a while.

Here is the difference. If they are not our daily companions, there is nothing to worry about. It is not an illness.

When anxiety and fear make us suffer regularly, love is not very present. In other words, we are ruled by negative feelings.

Love is trust. Fear is not trusting. Not trusting ourselves or not trusting others. Why do we not trust ourselves? What do we fear? What makes us anxious?

In many cases you do not have an answer. The bad feelings are just there. It is, however, a good habit to ask yourself what could be a reason for these feelings.

How can you do this? Make a list of your negative feelings and make one of when these negative feelings are strong. You will find out when the anxiety and fear are getting stronger.

Are there real dangers involved? Do you fear things that might happen in the future? (and they probably will never happen!)

When do your anxieties pop up? Are they strong when you are in company? or are they worse when you are on your own? Do you feel abandoned when they turn up? Do you feel as being a victim of fears and anxiety?

Make one thing clear: you are never a victim. Or if you like, you are a victim of your own feelings.

How can you change this situation? Try to love yourself. Instead of telling yourself that you are stupid, take a look at yourself: look into the mirror and tell the face in front of you (looking at you) that you are a fantastic person. That you are lovable and that you have decided to love yourself. You are worth to be loved. This is an exercise that you can repeat every day, at least twice every day. Do it especially when you get up in the morning or before you go to bed at night. Repeat your love for yourself. When looking into the mirror, wear a smile, this smile comes back to you. This seems to be a very simple exercise and to do it, it is really simple. Its effects however, are very positive and powerful. Try it and you will convince yourself.

About the effectiveness of simple exercises

There are many simple exercises that help you stay better mentally, physically and spiritually. Many of them are so simple they are often overlooked. Who would ever have thought that our fingers have got all energy channels that run in our body?

By simply rubbing your fingers, you can change your mental state, your physical health and your spiritual well being.

The fabulous truth about this is that you can do this massage wherever you are. Nobody will notice it.

If you suffer from anxiety attacks, your thumb will help you to breathe with more ease. Simply rub it on both sides and the breaths become immediately deeper. Better and deeper breathing calms your nerves.

The little finger helps you in case of low blood pressure and the sensation of passing out. You can press the edge of the nail at the inner side of the little finger. Press hard. It hurts a bit but the result is amazing. Once you get aware that your heart has regained its normal beating, which is immediate, you feel good. Feeling good contributes to a better mental state.

A part from the fingers, massage your ears from top to bottom. By doing so, you will help all your organs to function well. In fact, on the outer ear, every single organ is represented and can be stimulated.

It is really fantastic that Mother Nature has gifted us with so many simple movements that can help us keep healthy and happy. Not only do these small exercises improve your mental state they also give you a wealth of benefits for your body.

For more simple steps go to my website www.kissanxietygoodbye.com and download my ebook. You will not regret it. It is packed full with advice on how to end your anxiety and stress.

About the importance of healthy and natural food for our well being and keeping up our mood.

It’s certainly no news that food has an important role in your mood. By eating the right things you can definitely enhance your mood and if you prefer junk food, you will see that your mood drops down.

The first most important thing is a good breakfast. This gives you the basis for the day. Eat a good cereal without any sugar added, add a yogurt or some milk. A freshly pressed juice gives you vitamins and natural sugar. Have some nuts and, if you like, eat one egg. If you eat eggs every day it is not so healthy and your mood might suffer. Drink plenty of water, but please, forget about adding ice. Ice is no good for your stomach. Drink something warm like milk, (that has a calming effect and gives you energy). Alternately, you may drink herbal tea or even a cup of coffee. Best is a coffee made of barley. this cereal also contains various ingredients that do not irritate your nervous system and, on the contrary, enhance your mood.

Eat a fruit in mid-morning. This gives you energy. It could also be a handful of nuts. These bring energy but help you also get a good mood or help you to keep it.

At lunch every option is open as long as it does not contain too fatty or salty foods. Avoid eating chips. You may eat french fries once in a while. They are less fatty and less salty than chips which are nothing else than empty calories Add a salad to your lunch.

In the afternoon you might like to have a bar of chocolate or a cookie,.Don’t eat many cookies. You may also drink a natural fruit juice. Canned juices contain too much refined sugar. And avoid drinking cokes. Somehow, here you get a re-education of your eating habits but it’s all for your good!

In the evening, a light meal will do. Heavy food stuff is no good for you digestive system and might interfere with your sleep. If possible, do not eat before going to bed and do not drink alcoholics. They are no good for your mood. Apparently they do, but it is not true.

It is always best to eat natural food. The choice of what to eat on a daily basis can make a difference in your mood and your well being. You certainly will opt for the best to stay well and away from anxiety.

I was asked this question and certainly answer, yes you can be happy even if you suffer from anxiety. Of course, your happiness must be built up little by little, if you want to be happy at the same rate as you feel anxiety. Whereas anxiety comes its way without special warning, happiness needs an input. You can give that input daily with little things to be happy about. If you do it steadily, your happiness can grow and become your companion whereas your anxiety will be less and lesser. There are ways to reach this goal. Its a way of little steps . Take them daily. Be happy about the small things that come your way, be it at home, be it at work or on your way to work. When you follow this way of building up happiness, it will stay with you and grow every day. You will get aware that being happy is much better than waiting for the next anxiety attack. If you are happy from the inside out, anxiety is no longer so strong and it will happen less often.

Is there really a relation between these two feelings? Apparently yes. At least, that is what some readers have been telling me.One case in particular struck me. A young housewife who, whenever she enters the kitchen in order to prepare a meal, not only suffers an anxiety attack but also a strong feeling of unwillingness. She feels as if she is not able to prepare a meal for her family, especially when she is under the strong anxiety. How can she be helped? My advice to her is to use EFT. As she is so much hindered in her daily life when suffering these feelings of unwillingness together with anxiety, she is willing to give it a try. She starts using EFT by telling herself that although she suffers from these feelings, she loves and accepts herself deeply and completely. She is now aware that her anxiety and unwillingness both stem from the same experience. Now she can treat this experience and go to the very root of her un-ease.

A part from EFT, which I do not describe in my ebook, Anxiety Goodbye, there are many other good advice in it. Go now and download it. For as little as $ 19 you can learn how to overcome your anxiety and related problems.

Many people who suffer from anxiety report that, before an anxiety attack starts, they feel as if they are going to faint. In most cases this does not happen. They then recover rapidly. There are, however, people who tell us that their head seems to be completely empty because they do not know what they have to do, what their task is and they feel helpless. There is obviously a physical reaction to their anxiety attack. While their heart is rapidly pumping blood to other parts of the body, the head seems to suffer from less blood coming its way.

In order to make the blood circulate better, there are various small exercises that can immediately bring help. Pressing the inner edge of the nail of the little finger on either hand. When pressing do not fear the pain. It is painful, but very effective. The strong pressure on this spot also helps in case of low blood pressure.Another small exercise is the massage of the area around the nail of the litte finger. This exercise is less powerful. It does not hurt, but it takes more time to get a reaction. The sufferer can do these exercises by him/herself. And already the fact that there is help available makes them feel better.

Download my ebook Anxiety Goodbye! to learn about other helps.

About dizziness and anxiety and a valuable help to overcome dizziness.

It seems that dizziness is a major problem with anxiety sufferers. It is certainly one of the signs, like a pounding heart or butter-knees, and if you suffer from it, don’t worry if there are no other signs.Dizziness can easily be overcome by exercises of deep breathing. If you breathe in and count to 7 and breathe out counting to seven, you may already feel a betterment. This, however, requires that you do it for at least 15 minutes every day. While inhaling, feel the air coming into your lungs. While exhaling feel how the lungs are emptied. The exercise does not work the first day, but it will if you do it persistently. It not only will help you to get rid of dizziness, but it will show you, that there are so many other benefits to it.

Let me know how you are going on. I might give you more pieces of information on slow and deep breathing..
