Have you ever thought about your life’s aim? We certainly don’t just come to this planet without a task. What would it be like to just come, eat, sleep, wake and do nothing else? It would just be an empty life. We all have a task, that is for sure. We often are not aware of what this might be. However, as we are all the same, except for language, color of skin, continent we live in, or even country, the human beings are made of the same things. What is that “thing”? Is it matter, is it material or non material? Maybe it is just energy in different forms .Our human task? To love each other. To help each other. Apparently many people have forgotten why they decided to come to Earch, otherwise there would not be so much suffering, pain and unhappiness around. You can find these negative emotions in almost all countries around the globe but in certain areas people know why they came to this planet. They are eager to help wherever it is needed. They seem to love even the “bad” people. I would call these helpers almost saints. They have understood what we are all here for. We can do a lot to not only imitate them but just live as they do.. We can avoid bad language and use only good words.By doing so we better the atmosphere, the environment and ourselves together with our families and the planet. Think about it. Words nothing else than Words

  Words, we use them daily, even almost in continuation. And most of the time we use them without thinking a lot about them. But words are not just words,they are vibrations, they impact not only ourselves but they impact the world. That’s the reason why they are so important. Very often, bad words are used continuously without us even getting aware that they are not good. I highly recommend to pay attention to the words you use. If you think of how products are publicized, you will find that they are described as “killer”, as “bombs” or other war-related words. Do you think that is good or bad? And if that were not enough, all newspapers and television-stations are talking about war, about killing, about bombs, about all the negative information like boats full of people and boatloads of people drowning. As an answer to all these negative pieces of information, you can send love and loving thoughts to the people involved in wars and in flights from their homes and drowning in the sea. It is obviously bad and what it does, is an imprinting on everybody’s mind. This imprinting doesn’t bring anything good. Do you see the point? So, we have to consciously choose our words. It’s better to speak less and to use good words that imprint everybody’s mind with good vibes. Words can pollute the air as strongly as stale air. You can feel it if you watch people. Seasonal Flu – Can it be Avoided?

We have been taught to believe that at least one season will take you to bed with a flu. Is this really necessary? Why do we believe it and take it for granted? The first reason is certainly the collective consciousness. We have been told that winter brings us undoubtedly a flu. The cold weather, the rainy weather, the snow, the ice, little sun. According to “science” every year it is a new virus, something even more frightening than the year before. And we still believe it. This flu comes to all places of the world. You may live in the United States or you may live in Sweden, or in France or whatever other places, the flu turns up. Then the medical world tells us that vaccination is the only safe way to keep the flu away. And most of us believe it. Are these statements true? You may say yes, because every year you get your flu. You stay in bed for a couple of days or even for a week. And what would happen if we no longer believed that the flu is inevitable, unavoidable, that it comes like clockwork. Would you be able to go against the mainstream and the main beliefs? And state that these are old tales, helping chemists to sell their anti-flu products? That one can live without being attacked by viruses, by whatever might cause this flu. Love, Liebe, Amore, Amor

You all know these words, everybody in their own language. But what does the word mean to you? First of all you probably intend the word that means community of the family and then the bond between a man and a woman, or between parents and their children. But if you are honest with yourself, you mean sex. Sex can be love, but it not necessarily is. Sex has taken another meaning: it is a consumer good. How does this sound? It’s no good but nowadays it is often the truth. Think of all the girls and women abused all over the world. The Love I would like you to think of, is that of the Universe, of God, of Jesus Christ, of Allah, of Buddha or Whoever the Supreme Entity is for you. The most profound emotion that’s not just passing you by. This Love is here forever and it is here for everyone. Maybe that you had just been thinking of it during the holiday season. The supreme Love is not meant to appear and then disappear, to come to us during the holiday season and be absent in the remainder of the year. No. It is always present and it is present to help you live a happier life. To not feel anxiety, to not worry. It is here to support you, to support all of us. Small Changes Add Up to Big Improvements

This can be true in whatever you do. The daily habits that get never changed, bring about a monotony that is never good. That applies to all fields of your daily life. Let’s talk about small changes in your daily diet. Obviously, who is celebrating Xmas and the New Year, will be eating a lot during the whole holiday season and usually you don’t think of calories or of fat that piles up on your body. If you want to celebrate without being overwhelmed by the quantities of food, try to pick those foods that you love and reduce the portions you are going to eat. You will feel better because your digestive system does not have to work day and night to elaborate what you are putting into your mouth. Reducing what you eat, and when you eat it, may improve your sleep.. Maybe this small change is enough for you to help you feel better. If you prefer to let the festivities go by and to make some little changes to your diet afterwards, introduce the changes step by step. It’s better for your whole system which would suffer a big stress if you changed too many things within a short time. Give yourself 7-10 days for each change and then take another one. Acknowledge how you feel better, how your anxiety is getting less and lesser. How you are feeling lighter and happier. Is it Wrong to Feel Anxiety?

If almost everyone feels anxiety, does that mean that all people are problematic? The straight answer is: “no”. Anxiety is amoral, it is neither right nor wrong. As you do not choose to have anxiety – it just comes! – you cannot be accused of full (partial, maybe) responsibility for producing anxiety in your life. Anxiety does not come bidden, it is instinctual. There are things that we do, however, that maintain or intensify anxiety in our lives. In fact, anxiety may be considered as a normal reaction to potential danger. Anxiety is a signal that there is the possibility of harm ahead, and that we have to protect ourselves either by fighting (facing the problem ahead on) or by fleeing (avoiding the problem) As an instinct, it is likely something had been passed to us socially and/or genetically by our ancestors. You can imagine then that certain fears and anxieties have helped our forefathers survive. An appropriate fear of wild animals had probably helped them live without getting eaten alive. An appropriate fear of getting separated from the family – what scientists now call as separation anxiety for babies – kept young kids from going hungry when left to fend for themselves alone.These fears have kept the human race alive. The same goes with us today: Imagine a situation where we are not afraid of dangerous things!
