			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>What do you think these two have in common? Probably a lot. I am going to explain it here. It is another natural cure for anxiety.</p>
<p>Your spine or each and every vertebrae contains your life story. Better, each vertebrae contains the story of certain years of your life. And to our surprise, they also contain the traumas of other family members. In fact, it quite often happens, that anxiety is transmitted from one family member to another and  the sufferer themselves do not know why unless they find out about how to solve this problem.<br />
How can you solve it? By working on the vertebraes.<br />
It was an Italian psychiatrist and neurologist who found out that the vertebraes are testimonies of traumas and anxiety. And that there is a way to solve these problems for the sufferer without them to suffer too much. The name of this physician is GIuseppe Calligaris. He was active during the last century in Northern Italy. How did he solve the problems?<br />
Actually, his tools are very easy to use. He used a white cold light he pointed to the vertebrae  containing the secret. The light remains on the spot for approximately 10-12 minutes. The area around the vertebrae shows the sufferance in the form of changing colors. At the beginning and if the trauma is very heavy, the color is dark black.<br />
How  does the sufferer get aware that his trauma and anxiety are dissolving? Emotions turn up. Sometimes there are also physical manifestations like nausea, headaches, itching or pains in various or  in single parts of the body. The emotions may be sadness, fear, anxiety. But, and this is the fantastic news: these emotions and manifestations do not last long. They  vanish with the ending of the treatment. Usually the treatment has to be repeated, especially if the trauma or anxiety are very deep rooted. After each treatment, the treated person may get tired and should then rest for half an hour or so, according to how they are feeling. Slowly and with every treatment it shows more, the dark color turns into a light one. Once the color can no longer be distinguished from the color of the skin, the trauma and anxiety have completely gone. And they have gone for good. They will not come back.<br />
The treatment can even be carried out over the phone. The sufferer does not have to be physically in touch with the therapist. It is true that the therapist cannot see how quickly the color turns to normal but he/she will get aware of the betterment when listening to  the sufferer&#8217;s voice. If they can work with a telecam through skype, the sufferer might feel more at ease. That really depends on them.<br />
I do treat people and have seen fantastic results, even after deep rooted traumas and anxieties. Just let me know if you think you would benefit from a treatment. </p>

Now, let&#8217;s get a step further. We have been talking about breathing.  I would like to introduce you here  to a very powerful way to  activate your whole system.<br />
This also means to relax your body more and more. In a relaxed body, the mind is also much less tense and anxiety has no chance.<br />
The human body has various energy centers, the socalled chakras. You can breathe into them and I am going to explain to you how to proceed.<br />
Your main energy center is deep in behind your navel. This is the seat of your life force. Now inhale into this point and, while exhaling, you push the energy to the next spot. This next  spot  is   your bladder. Imagine that the energy you inhale is the energy of the universe that joins your own energy. In this way the energy you can use is much stronger.  Then you inhale into the bladder and push when you exhale, the energy to the spot at the bottom of your body between the legs. Then you inhale in this spot and push the energy, while exhaling, to the next spot that is the tip of your tailbone. Then inhale into that spot. Push the energy, while exhaling, to yolur lower back. Inhale into that spot on your lower back.Push, while exhaling, the energy to the next spot. This spot is situated between your two kidneys. Inhale into this spot. When exhaling, push the energy to the vertebrae that is situated at the height of your shoulders. Inhale into that spot and, while exhaling, you push the energy to the bottom of your head. Inhale into that spot and push the energy, while exhaling, to the top of your head. Then you inhale into the top of your head and exhale pushing the energy down to the third eye position, that is to your forehead. Inhale into that spot and when exhaling, push the energy down to your throat. Ihale into your throat and, while exhaling, push the energy down to your heart.  Inhale into your heart and, while exhaling, push the energy down to the point behind your navel. This is also called Lower Dantien. This is one complete cycle. You see, you touch all  energy points around your body. You can do this cycle continuously. At the beginning you will want to do it for let&#8217;s say ten minutes. Then you can increase the time. The best is to do this exedrcise for half an hour. If possible, you can do it every day. This exercise will help you in many ways. It is easy to do. You can increase the focus of your mind by doing it. This is a very beneficial side effect. You will feel the relaxatiion in your whole body. You will also feel that your body is energized. This exercise helps not only with anxiety but with a whole range of physical conditions. In any case it is an easy way to help anxiety and to strengthen your immune system. Chuny Lin, the founder and developer of SpringForestQiGong calls this exercise the &#8220;Small Universe&#8221;. A Small Universe is the cycle that touches all major energy centers of the human body. I  highly recommend this exercise. I do it myself very often. I usually do it for half an hour.<br />
I will  continue to give you more natural cures for your anxiety. They  all contribute to your overall health. This is also very important. Since I have been doing this exercise, I haven&#8217;t had a single cold.<br />

Now that you have learned how to breathe deeply, slowly and gently inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth, you can switch to breathing in through the nose and breathing out through the nose. That is actually what you usually should be doing. Now you will be doing it slowly and gently. This will add to the quality of your life and help you  minimize your anxiety.<br />
Now we go one step further.<br />
Do you know what the above letters stand for?  This is an acronyme Master Chunyi Lin of SpringForest QiGong teaches his students.<br />
&#8221; S&#8221; stands for  &#8221; start&#8221;, &#8220;M&#8221; stands for  &#8221; my , &#8220;I&#8221; stands for &#8221; internal&#8221;,  &#8220;L&#8221; stands for  &#8221; love, ,&#8221; E&#8221; stands for &#8220;engine&#8221; If you put these words together, you get a phrase that reads &#8221; Start my internal love engine&#8221;.  This simply means &#8220;smile&#8221;! While you inhale and exhale, put a smile on your face.<br />
That is, put a smile on your face that stands there always.<br />
Whatever you do, smile. This smile expresses your state of mind. If your state of mind is gentleness, lovingness, you will be feeling better and better.<br />
What you feel, will get impressed on your cells. On every cell of your whole body. And you know what? This love engine you start by doing so, gives more life to your whole being. To every cell in your body and to your mind.<br />
It makes yourself content and this state of mind irradiates to your surroundings. Everybody can see that you are happy.  Your happiness will spread. Instead of feeling anxious, you will be  feeling happy. How is that?<br />
Can you see the difference? Feeling happy does not allow you to feel anxious. Smile and all muscles of your body will relax. The relaxation is almost immediate.<br />
You can feel it right away. And your neighbors will feel it as well. You see, by smiling you not only help your muscles to relax, you don&#8217;t only help your overall health to be better and to cut back your anxiety, but you also contribute to a better energy around you. How does this feel?  Start your internal love engine and start it immediately. You will be thankful you did.<br />
You will win over your anxiety. And that is exactly what will help you live a better  life.</p>

Let us focus on your body. It offers so many possibilities. Most people ignore them and it is a pity.<br />
Last time we spoke about pressing the top of your fingers.<br />
Today I would like to talk about your breathing.<br />
Have you ever thought that your breath is the connection between your body and your mind? Without your breath you could not survive. What is strange about your breath is the fact that most people do not breathe properly. Their breathing is superficial. Watch yourself and you will see whether your breathing is deep or superficial.<br />
Deep breathing helps the body to get more oxygen. More than what is usually gets. When an anxiety attack is taking place, the breathing gets hectic, superficial. Unless you are able to control it. You can learn to do just that.<br />
Learn it now, so that when anxiety shows up, you can just switch to deep breathing. Deep breathing will immediately calm your nervous system. Please do it now. Take a deep breath, inhaling through your nose.  feel how your lungs are filled with fresh and sparkling air. Then exhale slowly through your mouth. You feel how the air comes out from your lungs. .Then inhale again through your nose, exhale through your mouth. Try to say thanks for each and every breath.  This helps you to fix gratitude in your  system. I suggest that you do the breathing exercise every day, at the beginning may be just for a couple of minutes,. then you can increase the duration of this breathing exercise. You will feel much fresher if you breathe this way.<br />
When breathing with slow and deep gentle breaths, your whole system benefits from it. You get calmer and calmer. Your  nervous system gets what it needs to do its work properly.<br />
Your immune system gets stronger, your brain gets more oxygen and works better.<br />
You see, you can only win. Anxiety shows up when you are tense, when you fear something. With better breathing your tension gets loser or it even disappears. Even if you work hard and get stress related to work, if you just switch your breathing to a slow rhythm, you will immediately feel better. You see, it&#8217;s easy. Another step towards an anxiety free life. Take it.now!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You know, anxiety can be cured in many ways. We would prefer the natural ones.  I know that the synthetic  ones act more quickly in general. However, there are many natural cures that act as quickly  as you want them to.<br />
You will say that anxiety comes up so quickly that you cannot  make it disappear in a moment. This statement is only halfway true.  I will be showing you how you  can face anxiety the natural way.  There are many different methods and you can choose the one that corresponds best to you.<br />
As this is a large and vast field, I will be sharing these methods  over the coming weeks.  Some take into consideration your nutrition, others your breathing , others your overall life, others the more spiritual aspect. You see, there are many topics we can talk about and they will all  conduct us to the same result._ Live without anxiety. I guess you all want this.<br />
Anxiety seems  to be part of our lives.. As long as it shows up in critical situations, where there is a real thing to be faced, it is ok.  This is then more a fear  that shows up as a panic attack and not anxiety as such.  I must admit  that these  terms are often used in an inappropriate way. You can look up a dictionary for psychology and you will find an infinity of terms. Not even at a professional level  anxiety equals anxiety.<br />
What we are talking about is the emotion that turns up in an unexpected way , that threatens the person who is experiencing it.  In most cases, it does not last for hours on end although this is possible. Anxiety as such does not harm you and you will not die, although you think you will drop dead while it lasts.  Only in the long run it might have physical  effects but we are here to avoid this.  This is why I am going to propose to you  natural cures.<br />
The first thing I  suggest is that you concentrate your attention on your fingers.  You may know that  each and every finger can help you to calm down.<br />
Press the top of each finger or massage it. The effect is  almost immediate.<br />
Start preferably on the left hand.  And do it by pressing the top of your pinky finger, then continue to the ring finger, the middle finger, the index finger and the thumb, then go to your right hand and do the same on the fingers of your right hand. By the end of one cycle, you are getting calmer. Repeat the cycle three times. You can do this little massage also when you do not have an anxiety attack. It is always healthy and helpful. It has an effect on all your inner organs and on the nervous system.<br />
This is the first simple natural cure. I will talk about another simple method next time. </p>

Did you really fulfil them? Or did you find out that they had just remained words?<br />
Whatever your results, please take a moment and make a commitment. I would like you to take some decision on how you are going to treat yourself.<br />
On how you are going to treat our planet.<br />
Yes, I said planet. You can do a lot to preserve it. It is the year in which you should be very careful about it. What do you think you can do to help our planet?<br />
Don&#8217;t throw away a lot of garbage. Try to make the separation of the garbage. Paper on one side, plastic on another, glass on a third side, metals on a forth side. You  may even find more items to separate. Maybe that in your community you will find containers for the various kinds of waste.<br />
Something else:  Be careful with how you buy your food stuff. When you buy, for example, bananas,<br />
you  can take them home just as they are.  Whatever can be carried without paperbags or other envelopments, is a contribution to a better place.<br />
Don&#8217;t buy plastic cups and dishes. They cannot be re-used and are therefore anti-ecological.<br />
When you can walk as the distance is szhort, please do it. Walking  is good for your health and preserves the air. Every person who leave their car at home, contribute to a better quality of the air.<br />
Use public transportation  where available.<br />
Don&#8217;t buy magazines you do&#8217;t really need or read. .So many trees are cut that could be preserved..<br />
A part from the contribution to our planet&#8217;s health, you also save money. Very often, one does not think of this, but if you add all the waste in your daily life,  you will see that, if you are more conscious in your habits, you may save a bunch of money. For yourself but also for the community.<br />
If you take into consideration these few resolutions that are so helpful, you will agree that they do not cost you anything. They will make you feel better about yourself. This turns out to be of help for your anxiety. Feeling better about oneself, is a big contribution to mental health.  You see, you can improve your life by living more consciously. Isn&#8217;t this wonderful?<br />
You can make a list of what you are going to change in your daily life and what will contribute to the betterment of our planet&#8217;s health. It is a questiono f responsibility.<br />

It is much better to wear bright colors. I would like to give you more information on this and I will do so if you like the idea.<br />
Everbody has some colors they like or do not like. Very often it is your intuition that tells you which colors are beneficial and which are not.<br />

Why so? Feng Shui is the expression of how you have arranged your living space.<br />
It can support you or it can debilitate you. It can  increase your well being and or it can increase your anxiety. During or before the holiday season, you have to do so many things but you have got little time.<br />
Does this sound familiar?<br />
In such a situation, Feng Shui is even more important. You better find every way and means that supports you and keeps anxiety and panic away from you.<br />
This means for example to declutter your home. An important passway is your entrance. When  the energy gets stuck or stopped at the entrance of your home,  your feng shui is disturbed. But not only your Feng Shui, it is the flow of energy that is disturbed and that affects directly your well being or your exposure to anxiety and panic attacks.<br />
In other words, if you keep your entrance and hall way clear and tidy, your anxiety will mount less often or it will stay away completely.<br />
Think of this for a moment.  There are many ways to reduce anxiety. One of them is to keep clean your entrance.and hall.<br />
A second important pointis electricity. If you have electrical or electronic devices in your home, make sure that the wires and cables are intact. If they are not, have them repaired.<br />
Uncontrolled electricity contributes to your anxiety.<br />
The space in your bedroom is essential. Keep all clutter out of your bedroom. Do not store electronic devices in your bedroom.<br />
TV-sets and computers should not be kept in your bedroom.  Their radiations are  no good for you, whether you suffer from anxiety or not.<br />
It is not good in any case. It might disturb your sleep or simply &#8220;play&#8221; on your nervous system. If it attacks your nervous system, you might suffer from headaches, migraines, joint aches or other pains.<br />
These few pieces of advice can help you to live a pleasant holiday season. Actually, they go beyond. They help you to live a better life in general.<br />
If you observe these few little steps, you can drastically reduce any anxiety. You can cut off headaches, migraines, various pains that may show up together with  your anxiety.<br />
It is actually  easy to live a less stressful life. You just have to stick to some fundamentally important points.<br />
I think you will agree that keeping your home tidy, and free  from electrical waste and other disturbing energies, you may live a better life, you will sleep better, wake up more refreshed and face life in a different way.<br />
You do not have to live in the forest to be calm. It takes little to create the environment that supports you instead of disturbing you.<br />
Go through your apartment and find out what might disturb you. Eliminate it and your feng shui becomes much better. Together with your Feng Shui, you will feel that your life gets easier. When you live in harmony with your environment,  you will get more out of life.</p>

In fact, our body presents 12 meridians that run through it and that fuel the various internal organs. On these meridians we find many points that represent a help for  defending the body against illnesses. These points stimulate our immune system.<br />
They are located in various areas of our body.<br />
Let us start with the face:  you can find two points just above the eyes and strictly below the inner end  of the eyebrows.<br />
These points are just above the bridge of the nose and help improve your overall health. They are a melting point of all meridians and therefore very important By helping all organs, they also improve your immune system. These are twin points, they always need to be activated together.<br />
Then there are two points just beneath the eyes, in the center  of  the bones, one on each side.  These are also twin points. Please activate both.<br />
The points just above the bridge of the nose and these latter points can be tapped or massaged for periods of 5 seconds each. You can regulate the intensity by yourself.  Let the points relax for 3 seconds before you start another 5 second period.<br />
It depends on how you respond. If you feel pain, use less strength.<br />
Your ears have several points and you massage all of them. You massage your ears from the top all way down to the lower end. Do this on both sides at the same time. You should massage the ears nine times.  You can repeat this massage as many times as you like, in the course of the day.<br />
 Your hands also present a very helpful point. It is in the center of your palms. You massage this point for about 5 seconds at a time, release it and do it for another five seconds. You can do this for a total of 30 seconds. Obviously you can repeat this cycle as many times as you like in the course of the day. This point will especially strengthen your heart and blood circulation that are both important to help your body get a good defense.<br />
Let us go down to your chest. There are two points just above your breasts,<br />
one point on each side. Massage these points for 20 seconds. They probably will hurt.   They always do. Everybody says so. Just massage them  slightly.<br />
Massage them at the same moment;  this is another twin point<br />
A part  from improving your immune response, these points are also important for women. They protect you against breast problems.<br />
There is another important point between the two breasts. This point is also sensitive. Massage it for 20 seconds at a time. This point is exactly at the level of the upper end of the breasts. It stimulates your immune system.<br />
Let us go to the thighs. here you will find a special point. This is directly related to the spleen. It not only improves the response of your immune system but it is also indicated in case of anemia, when you have got too little blood or poor blood. You can find this special point on both thighs. They are not twin points, you can activate them separately.<br />
Your feet can help you improve your defense thanks to the point called Bubbling Spring. This is found in the middle of the foot. You may massage it for  10 seconds, that is counting to  10. Then you release it and after a short interruption you can massage it again.  Activate them separately, first on the left foot, afterwards on the right foot.<br />
The last point is actually a long one. It is not only a spot, but it is the arch of your foot. Massage it from the big toe down to the end of the bone. Do it for 10 seconds. As you see, there are 10 points as I had promised. Some of them are twin points, that is they go directly together and you stimulate them at the same time. This is the case for the points located on your face and those located above your breast. It also applies to your ears.  All the others are individual points.<br />
All the above points can be massaged for the time indicated above. Then you let go of the point for a few seconds and massage it again for the time indicated.  You can repeat  this for up to 5 minutes at a time. You can do these massages several times during the day. Massaging these points gives you the help you need to defend your body.  You see, there are really ten points in your body that stimulate your defense. Some of them are twin points, others are individual points,  as already explained.<br />
The Bubbling Spring point can also help you,  should you already have a flu. It helps you to shorten the  time of recovery, not only from a flu but also from a cold.  As you can see, your body is well equipped and ready to help you whenever you need it.<br />
Start doing it now. There is no better time. Winter is coming and with it often also colds and flu, but you can beat them before they even show up.</p>

They all have a strong impact on your psyche, on your mental state  and on  your nervous system.<br />
Don&#8217;t forget that anxiety may be a normal reaction in stressful situations. It only becomes a problem if  you feel it all day long. Then it is no longer a normal reaction but has become a habit. Your anxiety may become the fear of an anxiety attack. and so on and so forth.<br />
Then it becomes an unwanted reaction and perpetuates itself. It has to come to an end. Otherwise you might harm yourself in your overall health.<br />
In any case, anxiety is not a good companion. A part from a healthy way of living, you need to give your body the vitamins that it needs to protect you against the negative effects of your anxiety.<br />
The best vitamins are those of the B-group and I am going to show you why:<br />
Every single vitamin of this group plays a particular part in maintaining your nervous system in good health.<br />
Vitamin B1: It is also called thiamine. This vitamin improves your mood. It is important in keeping the heart and the nervous system run normally.<br />
A  lack of this vitamin can cause irritability. Sometimes it also influences the energy level.<br />
Vitamin B2 is also called riboflavin. It is required by the body to produce anti-stress hormones. It also helps to release energy stored in food. Furthermore, it is needed for the metabolism of proteins.<br />
Vitamin B3. Another name for this vitamin is niacin. Its deficiency causes mental instability. Anxiety and stress can cause skin-related problems. This vitamin provides a protection against skin-problems and inflammation.<br />
Vitamin B5. Again, this vitamin helps the body produce anti-stress hormones.<br />
As anxiety is strongly related to stress, the lack of these vitamins could cause your anxiety to show up more often.<br />
Vitamin B6 also know as pyridoxine has a role in keeping your nervous system functioning properly. If you are lacking of a sufficient coverage of B6, you might experience anxiety or even depression. Insomnia is also related to its lack as is irritability.</p>

Vitamin B12 is playing a big role in providing the necessary brain chemicals that make you feel good. This vitamin is also essential for the production of red blood cells.<br />
There exist two other types of vitamin B that are not yet taken into consideration and I therefore am not able to comment on.<br />

Most of these vitamins are available in their natural form. They can be found in the food. If you are a vegan, you have to take B12 as a supplement because this vitamin is mainly present in meat or in other animal proteins. There are many sources for the whole group of B vitamins. They go from germs, to peanuts, to pork and brown rice for the B1, to milk, yoghurt, avocados, beef liver for the B2,  from chicken, potatoes, sunflower seeds for B3, from eggs, avocados, nuts, green vegetables for the B5, from bananas, fish, chicken, seeds in general and cabbage for the vitamin B6 to all animal proteins for the vitamin B12.<br />
You can certainly cover your needs in vitamin B if you take into consideration the various food stuff available in your area. By eating the right food you can protect yourself against  anxiety. If  you already suffer from anxiety, you can lessen its frequency  or intensity by eating the appropriate food. </p>
