What do You Feel: Is Your Anxiety more Present in Times of Covid19 ?

The media are really increasing  fear and anxiety in vast populations and actually they do no good to anybody. Covid19 can just stand for all akward situations in the present world.. But why do most people buy into the stories that the media are presenting and which are not always true? We should not listen to all the negativity  presented all over on TV, on newspapers, on the social media, I would say practically everywhere. Negativity only increases the possibility of getting an illness, be it Covid19 or any other illness because illnesses are as negative as what we are hearing and reading all day long. The best way to come out of this situation is to no longer watch television, to not read newspapers or news on the internet, to not chat on social media and to talk to positive people. It’s better to read a good and fun book, to go for a walk, to watch a fun movie, to  do healthy activities and to eat healthy food. Sleep as many hours as possible. This helps boost your immune system. Eat plenty of fruit and organic cereals. As supplements I recommend to add vitamin D3 and vitamin C, of this latter take 1 to 2 grams per day. It not only helps your immune system  stay strong but it also helps to fight Covid19. In my Newsletter of February 11th, I asked people who have been with me for a long time but no longer open my Newsletters or promotions, and do not read my blog pots,  to unsubscribe. The result is not too bad. Quite a few have followed my invitation. I guess there are still people who are no longer reading my NL that should unsubscribe. And I know that your goal is to live a totally fullfilling life. The baby steps could just be a simple positive sentence you pronounce every single day. As I already mentioned many times, language is most important to achieving a good life or to falling back to a miserable life. It all depends on the use you make of your language! Obviouusly, language is not the only step, but one that really counts. Cosa rappresenta l’inverno per te?

molte persone, soprattutto coloro che soffrono di ansia, non amano l’inverno. Temono il freddo e il fatto di dover passare molte ore al buio sia fuori che dentro casa. Anche se tutti abbiamo la luce elettrica o comunque artificiale, ci manca la luce del sole. Questo fatto viene percepito in modo più marcato da chi soffre l’ansia. In effetti, la luce naturale è il miglior antidoto all’ansia perché porta la gioia e il benessere dentro di noi e ci fa respirare meglio. Consiglio perciò a tutti di andare all’aperto, di camminare, di assaporare anche l’aria fredda, frizzante. anche se  è quasi pungente . Essa riesce a risvegliare dentro il nostro corpo la difesa contro il buio e il corpo ci trasmette il calore così creato e la circolazione sanguigna si fa più attiva e fa affluire più sangue al cervello e di conseguenza l’ansia viene meno o è almeno attutita. L’inverno è il periodo che ci aiuta ad ascoltarci, a sentire il nostro cuore, le nostre emozioni. Ascoltiamolo e sentiamo quanto, spesso, nella quotidianità viene soppresso. Infatti, nella vita frenetica di tutti i giorni, le emozioni vengono rimosse ed è un errore perché potrebbero aiutarci a vivere meglio, a farci capire chi siamo veramente e di che cosa abbiamo bisogno per vivere appieno. A volte pensiamo che la vita sia un fardello, ma se non ci fosse la vita che cosa avremmo? NIENTE. La vita è il più grande regalo che si possa ricevere perché ci permette di fare molte esperienze che poi, a loro volta, ci fanno crescere umanamente. È vero che a volte la vita è difficile...

Was bedeutet Winter für dich?

Der Winter hat viele Gesichter: in der Stadt kann der Schnee störend sein, weil er die Strassen und Bürgersteige zu Gefahrenzonen macht. Wenn wir aber auf dem Land oder in den Bergen sind, kann Schnee und alle damit zusammen hängenden Aktivitäten zum reinen Vergnügen führen. Fällt dir der Winter auf den “Deckel”? Ist die Düsternis der dunklen Tage eine Gefahr für deine Gemütslage? Kommt die Angst wieder zum Vorschein oder überfällt dich gar die Panik? Winter ist eine Jahreszeit, also können wir ihr nicht entgehen, es sei denn, wir fliegen in die Karibik oder in andere temperierte Gegenden. Für die meisten von uns ist das aber nur beschhränkt möglich, oder jedenfalls nur für eine beschränkte Zeit. Urlaub dauert ja nicht drei Monate. Am besten versuchen wir dem Winter seine besten Seiten abzukriegen. Winter ist eine Zeit des in- sich-Hörens, und kann dadurch sehr fruchtbar sein. Am besten gehen wir den Winter wie jede andere wärmere Jahreszeit an: lieben wir ihn doch! Er bringt uns viele ruhige Stunden, wenn wir nur auf ihn hören und uns seiner Natur anpassen. Winter, Winter and You

Winter seems to be imminent. Yestersday the weather was mild and beautiful and suddenly the temperatures have dropped to winter ones. This is how at present the weather conditions change from one day to the other and still we have to be prepared to face the “real” winter. What are you up to? Or don’t you care about how to enter the winter season? When the days become shorter, many people who suffer from anxiety, get more attacks. We know that the sunlight is our best help to face cold and rainy or snowy weather. What you can do is going for a walk while the sun is still shining. However, be aware that the sun is even present when clouds hide her. Sleep is a good means to protect your health. If you can sleep 7-8 hours, you are safe. If you sleep less, try to relax during the day. Your body requires relaxation and anxiety cannot so easily creep up if you are relaxed or well rested. It’s also a good idea to change your food intake a little bit and give your meals more starch and magnesium. They both help the body to relax more and more and also help you to add some hours of sleep. There is a veggie product that can be mixed with everything you have to boil or cook.
